The Site provides information about our video and film production services and lets you request a discovery call or submit a project inquiry. Submitting a form through the Site does not create a contract for services. Any engagement for production services occurs only through a separately executed written scope of work ("SOW") or agreement signed by both parties.
Timelines, pricing ranges, and examples described on the Site are illustrative and depend on the specific project scope, crew availability, and production requirements. All quotes are subject to a scoping conversation and are made without obligation on your part. We may decline to take on any project at our discretion.
Legacy Visual Group is a video and film production company. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. For advice about your specific circumstances, consult a qualified professional.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission. Ownership and usage rights for any delivered client work (including our right to feature non-confidential work in our portfolio or demo reel) are addressed separately in each project's signed SOW.
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control, including our booking/scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Visual Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
